my xbox is chipped with the media player. i can watch divx movies using a cdrw but it seems to be too jurky to watch. So i wanting to know if it is possible to transfer the divx file direct to the xbox hard drive and watching the moivie that way. Any help would be appriciated.

you can either copy the file to use harddrive using boxxplorer or ftping it over using evox and an ftp program or you can stream it straight from the pc using relax. Look at the tutoriols on xbox scene for detailed walktroughs.

If you set up a location on the hard drive, remember to edit the config.xml accordingly.

sorry i forgot to mention i have flash xp and it works no problem i can change all the back ground pictures etc but just want to know which drive do you put it on etc. And how do you edit the config.xml ?
