hey, just wanted to find out if its possible to prepare a pc hard drive (I'm using a 5400rpm 40gig Seagate) for the xbox in a manner that would only require you to swap over the hard drive and not boot with a evox boot cd?

i.e. not use a evox boot cd to format the hard drive.

If so, how?

it's very possible but a mortal pain in the ***, when you can just use evox and have it done in seconds. :)

He could be preparing it to use with the exploits.
