Anybody ordered a phone, specifically T610, from them and not recieved it because their out of stock?

I was suppose to have got my upgrade T610 last week but i still havent recieved it because their out of stock. Quite frankly im getting really annoyed. They have offered to pay a months line rental and give the phone for free but no point doing that if i dont get the bloody phone!

Everytime i phone them i get the same story... that they are out of stock and do not know when they will get more in...

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Sorry just getting really frustrated.

Anyone here work for singlepoint and know whats going on? Surely they cant be out of stock for over 2 weeks now...

It doesn't help you but singlepoint have a pretty bad reputation. Personally they put me on the wrong contract, then refused to change it. In the end I got it cancelled as I had never signed anything - but it took a lot of hassle.

Yeah iv heard their quite bad but for the year that iv been with them, they havent been that bad.

I called them today and the guy that i talked to told me that the T610 was causing problems with o2, so o2 shipped the phones back and they should get a new stock sometime next week. Although they have been saying next week for the past two-three weeks!

If i do get any serious problems with them i will cancel my direct debit with them and end all dealings with singlepoint.
