When i click a link in a web page that opens in a new window, or even a link in an email, a new internet explorer window pops up but freezes. Not frozen to where you can't close it, but it just stops before anything happens and theres a blank window. I tried scandisk, defragging, deleting all cookies, restrating and using the registry restore function to go back a couple days, set all IE setting to default, and ran system file checker.

Anyone have an idea what could cause this?
