Today my mom was playing mah jongg and when she went to close the program she got a runtime error. Now it won't go away, when the computer is restarted two runtime errors show up, I can click away the first one and be able to do anything with my computer, but if i click away the second box the desktop clears. Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this? We've tried restarting and uninstalling programs...

Firstly, get mum her own computer. :)

What is the runtime error code? Do you have System Restore?
You may have a corrupt or missing DLL (Dynamic Link Library) or Visual Basic file.

uninstall the mahjong then reinstall it after a reboot
