can ne1 help me with my printer? whenever i print a photgraph, the resulting photo is all red.

seems to be an ink problem..one of the colours looks to be run out, change the cartridge

If it was an ink problem the picture deformation would be uniform across the picture and not selective, the problem only appears to be on monochrome parts of the picture, try printing a B&W picture to see if the whole pic has a red hue, if re installing the printer and re connecting the cables does not cure it then i would take it to be looked at, my guess is the problem is not user serviceable
