I reciently formated me pc and now after a couple of hours or not even that i am doing somet like searching the web or something and me mouse just freezes and i cant do anything. I have to reboot me pc

Whats wrong

Running an Athlon 1.2 with 2 hd, one is 80 and other is 40. I am on Xp Pro

Is your mouse compaitible with XP? Check the manufacturer for the latest driver and make sure that the mouse is not sharing resources.

Bad memory, over heating issues, faulty HD, all of these would cause the above problems.

try re-seating the memory.

out of curiosity, is this the reason for the format, or is it a new problem?
