I am having a lot of problems,when clicking on a link through my e-mail for example,I am not getting through to the page,plus when scrolling down pages,it is very jerky and slow,anybody any ideas and hopefully solution.

Check your mouse settings and driver in control panel.

could also be a memory problem, open the task manager and see what you have running. what is your os and what are your machine specs??? If you go to start/run and type msconfig you can selectively disable running applications on startup thus freeing up your system resources... otherwise with the limited info you have i cant suggest anything else...

what's your connection speed? and do a virus check
