Looks quite nice. How much is it though?

If your looking for a dvd player..Apex at walmart $45, it plays anything you throw at it, though that one $275 looks pretty nice, to much though.

Well those apex's wont through anything that you through at it compared to that nueston, it can play raw files like avi's, mpg, divx, etc... With no authoring.

Which would diminish the need for burning avi's (and converting them) to dvd's, well at least for me.

I would personally find it annoying to only be able to play them on that particular DVD Player. Say you want to watch it over at a buddies house, if you have it in avi format you would have to take your DVD Player over there to watch it. For the price they are charging for that player you might as well pick up an XBOX, mod it and use XBMP as it will do all of that and SO much more.
