How do you get more bodyguards in Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends? They wouldn't increase my number, dammit.

Haven't played this game in a long time so I might be wrong but I think you get one after you complete a characters story. I ended up cheating and getting the sharkport save with all the goodies unlocked :D

i think you get more body guards as their experience points increase. i'll have to ask my son and see if he knows. he plays a bit more than i do.
