I have an Intel Tabor III motherboard part No 4000510. I want to put a larger hard drive in it. Is there a maximum size this board will accomodate? (don't really want to buy one & find out it's not supported) 'Useful' info on this board seems very difficult to find.
Bios version is 4W4SB0X0.15A.0019.P14
Any help greatly appreciated.

i dont know the specific motherboard, but there is almost always a maximum HD size. but if i guess right this is for PIII CPU, so i would guess that the maximum size would be very large.
i would sugest to check the company webpage.
sorry that i cant help more

Thanks for the reply. It's a Gateway machine but there's no info on their website. I may have to take a punt & see how we go.
Thanks again,

gateways support site mentions a hard drive size of 75GB on that board. if it will take a 75 GB drive then it will take at least up to 137GB.

here is the support sites general stuff on your particular mobo
