Hi can anyone advise me on the best settings to use in Instant Disc namly the file system types. I have been unselecting the ISO 9660 and only using the UDF file system. Should i have both selected or not? Will using one type over the effect the compatibility of backed up discs? What exactly are these?

Or is there a better way to do the disc? Im currently using the create data disc and just writing the VIDEO_TS & Audio_TS files that i've prepared on my pc before hand
