Just been looking at the Pro Evo 3 pictures and then looking at my WE7 Game and I have a question....How do they get the graphics looking that good. DO they have a special lead / setup so they look that clean....??

You mean the preview pics at sites like gamespot amd ign.
I wondered the same think, so I figured there PS2's must have S-video or Component video, and really good TV's.
I think they use computers to make the images, instead of hooking there PS2 up to a Tv Turner card.

I can take my own picures but they are never as clear and pretty looking as IGN even when I play it on my 100hz Sony TV. I was just wondering if they use some kind of upscan system to clean up the picture etc and if so which one as I would love my games to look that good.

Yeah some Pictures are the Normal In-game Models, but generated/Rendered Perfectly in some 3d modelling Program ;)
Another thing...Higher Frame Rate/hz gives a Better quality Picture, not just smoother animation/movement doesnt it ? (just wondering)
