I have obtained a Mico A980 dvd player but it seems to be choosy what it plays, genuine films and/or copies. Mico says its 4 years old and don't deal with it. read on a similar site about a genuine fault with these when new and about an upgrade avaliable...anyone know of this?
I know about the secret access and the code...it's all region from new and it
makes no difference about macro and pal/ntsc....

I have the Mico980S and heard about the 50% failure rate of the eariler Mico980.

The main difference is that the 980 does not support RGB output BUT it does support DVD MP3 if used on good quality media such as Ritek x4 G04 type disks
