i have a philips dvdrw 70 model recorder (standalone)
Can anyone tell me what dvd+r disc i can use to play on a xbox or does any body no of a site which i can have a look at that show which is the best media for which players.

You could try searching vcdhelp, they might have something there.

My understanding is that XBox's use something like 3 different DVDRom's, which one do you have?

I'm moving this to the XBox forum, I mean more XBox users there so more experience with using media on them.
