My Friend chipped his xbox, i think its with the Evolution Chip. he put a switch on it because he wants to go online will this work or will Microsoft still know theirs a chip in it and f**k it up.o and the xbox is about 8 months old.

Yes it will work, though I've never heard of an Evolution chip but that makes no difference.

(I'm not going to say anything about the new Live 2.0 dash because no one knows yet what it does or doesn't do)
