It could well be the version you have is oldish and doesn't support the model you have. When you post a question like you have it makes it easier if you give the model number of the drive and the build number of the software. I would grab the most recent version (3.9e) and when installing, include the ASPI drivers when prompted by the setup program. Check in the Devices and Settings / Recorders to see if it sees your burner. :) CEEJAY Sep 14, 2003, 08:16 AM Sounds like the ASPI DRIVERS are not installed , these can be found around on the Net ,just install them and have a look then at the Program to see if it recognises the Burner!!
