you can add a new hard drive in 2 ways..make the new hard drive the master ('c')...or make the new drive a slave...either way, just make sure you set the jumper correctly at the back of drive for whichever way round you put it.

Y doo sum ppl tri 2 sound rellee kool?

It seems nuffin n e 1 says gets thru!

Why can't people type properly instead of this cryptic garbage?

I have a damn headache from trying to decipher this rubbish, not to mention how many other people just don't bother reading the rot.

You don't sound cool. :(

Do yourself and others a favour, type properly!

Fanx.

I feel the same, it's difficult to read. It's not a text message you're sending, so there's no need to save space. Can the mods not pass a rule that says something like, all posts need to be properly written? Just my 2p worth.
Steeve.

Can we please stick to the subject at hand? :)
I totally understand your point, however the mods can't really go around enforcing the use of proper English and spelling. Especially since some of our members' first language isn't even English.

the guy was only asking a question.

instead of whining why didn`t you`s just not bother posting on here, you have trashed his thread and flamed him, i didn`t think that was allowed on cdrom-guide.

if anyone needs help, i dont care how they type, i help them, I thought thats what these forums were about, helping people, obviously not.

I see what your saying and I was one of those that posted, it does become irritating when people post with 'slang' terminology.....but if you knew any of us you would have known that our posts were in jest and not of a flaming nature to gmarknmary, as Elaine said lets leave it now? and respond to the post in the way CDRG is accustomed:)
