Do you want a FTP client or server? I've found Serve-U FTP and CuteFTP Pro to be among the easiest and good ones.

If you are just looking for client then WS_FTP or Flashfxp work great (if you are just looking for something to upload or download FROM an FTP server).

One of the easiest and IMO very best (I prefer it to Flashfxp I think it's that good!) is the wonderful and totaly FREE Smart Ftp from www.smartftp.com/

As well as being easy to use it has more features than you can shake a stick at. :)

I personally had really bad transfer rates with flashfxp. I use WS_FTP with great results. Although smartftp does look really good.

I'd try smartftp first, I used that for ages untill i need todo other stuff. Then I moved over to flashfxp and never looked back.

Smartftp for me and I was a total newbie ... up and running in minutes.

cheerz peeps. gone with smartftp works ok now i've just gotta work out how to put another address in, i've put 1 in but i'd like to put another in, i'll have a play around & if i get stuck i'll put a post up, thanx for all your input.

Oh come on guys, in the RUN box of windows just type: FTP

Runs windows FTP program. Not sure what to do with it.

Others you can find at download.com search for

Just type another address in and the drop down lets you choose what one to connect with.
