Every now and again my cursers stops responding to fast movements (takes a second or 2 to react). If I press ctrl, alt + del, the cursers immediately response ‘normally’.
I’m not sure what this is due to. I suspect it’s a programme conflict but can a virus do this?

I know I’ve not given much info, but I’d just like to find out if it’s a programme conflict (and I’ll disable one at a time until I’ve found the conflict.) or a virus. It’s not a big problem, but very annoying!
