I have a Question about my Sony DRU-500A

I have been tolled that the Sony DRU-500a will read and burn DVD-RAM disks. I have tried with No prevail. Has anybody tried this, and if so how did you get it to work?

Not true. The writing part anyway, also pretty sure that it can't read them.

LG I believe have an all format drive, which is also sold by Iomega.

As mentioned the Sony CANNOT read or record RAM discs. If you take a look at the formats supported by this drive you will see that it never mentions that it supports -RAM.

Thanks for all your responses! Some sales guy at Comp-USA said that all the Sony DVD Burners will read and burn to a DVD-RAM I should have known better to listen to any Comp-USA Sale Persons!
