It's as though the screen resolution has dropped, But only on certain sites, The text is all huge.

This has happened before and I can't remember what I did but I know I was able to control it with my mouse, and shrink it or enlarge it to how I liked it but I just can't remember how to do it.

If you have a wheel mouse, press CTRL and roll the wheel to adjust the text size.

If you don't, within an Internet Explorer window go to View > Text Size and select which ever size suits.
