Im at college, and need to send a mass email. However i cannot do this from my college account. So what i need to do is get all adresses from the global address list into a word document or something so i can send from hotmail.

is there any way u can get Outlook to JUST show email addresses and not display names in the 'From' box?

try saving the email as a text file. It won't get rid of the display names but you shouldn't have to, even if it's just a simple text list for a hotmail mailshot.

I can't say I use outlook anymore but I think that should work.
