Help..

Just downloaded the proggy AIDA32 and its saying that my AGP Status is Disabled.

Checked in the nVidia setup and sure enough its saying its in PCI mode.

Mainboard is MSI KT4 Ultra. Chipset is VIA VT8377 Apollo KT400

Graphics card is a GeForce2 GTS/Pro VIVO 128mb DDR

Checked in the Bios and all seems ok and switched on. Tried re-installing the SIS AGP drivers but I get an error stating that " Any VGA Device Does Not Exist " and it quits.

Any ideas??

Also, may or may not be connected.. I've always had the options Fast Write and Side Bar Addressing Supported but Disabled..... never could find out how to turn them on!?

Any help mucho appreciated.

Hi Spagboll,

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it through device manager.

Try seeing if you have the lastest updated bios. Do you have an older AGP card to test out in the machine? This will at least rule whether its a graphics card issue or mobo issue. What is your OS?

Also check your manufacturer's website for the latest VIA Chipset 4 in 1 drivers.

Here's a link to a driver site:

Make sure you have the correct mobo and chipset drivers as they are the ones to enable the AGP bridge etc.
