my mates dvd player on his pc has just stoped playing dvds but still plays cds, what could have gon wrong with it.

i had a similar problem a while back found out in the end it was caused by clone cd and its virtual drive

thanks but what did you do to fix it mate

uninstalled clone cd wich removed the virtual drive then bingo it worked dont know if its the cause of your problem but its a start
