COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TSOP IS ALL ABOUT...WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS CAN I PLAY BURNED GAMES ON MY XBOX AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL AN ON/OFF SWITCH SO I CAN PLAY XBOX LIVE AND NOT GET BANNED!! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY CAN YOU PLAY XBOX COPIED DVD R GAMES?!?!?!?:tup:

The TSOP is the bios chip on the X-box. Its called the TSOP as that the package (style of chip) thats being used.

Th onboard bios, TSOP, can be programmed with a different bios file so that hombrew code, backups etc can be played. i.e. X-ecuter 2 4977.bin.

oh and yes you can install a chip onto the bios. You put more that one bios file within it and use a switch on the address lines to switch between them
