Can someone kindly explain the basics of copying kareoke discs.
eg the difference between cdg, cd+g, mp3+g etc.
Is there any tutorials out there that might help me.
I am totally new to this subject. I am also interested in indian kareoke discs.Your help will be appreciated.

CDG and CD+G are the same thing. MP3+G is a CD+G ripped to MP3. The tracks are ripped with MPGToolZ to a pair of .mp3 and .cdg files. The .mp3 contains the music, and the .cdg contains the graphics (lyrics).

Check the FAQ (http://www.cdrom-guide.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=207) on this forum for a tutorial on burning MP3+G to CD+G.

You will need CDRWIN to burn the MP3"G files to CD+G. You can download a demo from www.goldenhawk.com
