first of all, i went to their support site and it explains my problem but to now avail. so i'm writing you guys who have this program. my trouble is that after i installed it and run it i can get a map of the place i'm looking for. when i do a search of a location (city) it shows me that city but only in a white background with the name of the cities and the other surroundings. do y'all know what i mean? does this sound familiar? i hope so and i appeciate your help. btw, i also re-installed it but that didn't work.

yeah, i'm trying to see the streets. but it won't let me. i just get a white/beige background w/ the name of the city and other surroundings.

Can you zoom in on them, is there a zoom function? Or can ou put in the zip/post code?
