Do you actually have the T1?? Or are you using dialup? Please give more info... ElaineM Oct 24, 2003, 10:08 PM If you do have a T1 line, it is probably a fractured T1. Your speed also depends upon the source you are downloading from. As kyle said, you need to give us more information. xxxicethixxx Oct 26, 2003, 12:43 AM i have t1. It still takes about 10 minutes to dowload a file. Ive tried downloading the same file with dsl and t1 and they're both approximately 10 minutse for a 15 meg file. ElaineM Oct 26, 2003, 01:15 AM This is very likely because you already had the maximum speed from the source that you were downloading the file from. kyle5077 Oct 26, 2003, 01:31 AM Try running http://bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/ and telling us the results. This will tell us if its you or the source. Try downloading other files from diff locations and c if its better... HTH |
