If I have more than 1 dcc transfer at the same time, is it possible to limit to speed of 1 transfer so that one gets finished 1st or doesnt decrease the other speed too much?

For example on a 512 cable connection I may want to have 40KBs on one and no more than 25 on the other.

How can i do this??

sounds impossible to me, you want to limit your speed? so one file gets done before another? you only have so much bandwith you can play with and so does the person you're getting the files from. Unless the person who owns the serv limit you on how much you can download from him/her with software controlled to something like 50KBs max dl per a file.

you can only do this if you are the fserve serving the file, and you would need an irc script for that
