OK now that Clone CD is gone , what program is next best to make backups of Data software discs & my kids Playstation games. Clone CD more than paid for itself in the money saved in scratched game discs..
My system crashed and I lost all , and went to get Clone CD and It's gone!!!
any help would be cool
Thanks Eclipse

CloneCD isn't exactly gone, it will be back soon with a new company; SlySoft.

Not quite sure how to answer your question, I would recommend Alcohol 120%, however I would say that it is better than CloneCD which disqualifies from it being next best.

Actually, a new version was released just a few days ago. Interested? Klick the link to get CloneCD 4.3.1.7 (www.slysoft.com) now!

The latest version is still way behind Alcohol, and it desperately needs a few breakthroughs and an overhaul.

This version has better support for Safedisk 2 from memory as well as a few bug fixes, and SlySoft are at least making some sort of effort, but it's still not as good.

BTW, thanks for that link to your previous post full of informative, riveting information. It even had graphics.
