i hope that i am writing to the write forum....
i have a stand alone dvd player sansui dvd-2100(also knowes as SHIMICO or somthing like that....). well,the problem is that he wont read any cdr media the i put in it. i search everywhere for a solution but i couldnet find...

is some here know how i can play cdr in this dvd player? or mybe there is a program that can burn in a diffrent way so the the dvd could read the cdr?

you can't make it play cds if it doesn't play them. they probably didn't pay for vcd licensing. why not play on your computer instead?

well,my computer is in another room,and sometimes i want to listen to music,or burn vcds to wath them. and it can play vcds.

Try using a differenet media brand, I know some brands work in my car and some brands dont. The verbatim with the dark blue dye work the best.

I use recordnow max, Sony dru 500-a dvd burner.
