can i use the same password on my xbox harddrive that unlock the drive to relock the drive again? or do i have to get me another password?

Yes you can use the same password. You would need to use a different password if you were installing a new HDD. The xbox generates the key using your eeprom number and the serial number of whatever hdd. Therefore, same hdd, same serial number, same xbox, means it will always use the same key.
