I'm sorry to impose like this but I imagine, given your advice to my previous post, you have experience of what I am trying to do.

I've managed to get Phoenix BIOS loader 1.3.5i running. I've got a V1.1 XBOX and have downloaded a load of BIOS images which I have copied on to the XBOX in a bioses folder. When Phoenix boots, I press A get the list of available BIOS but when I select anything other than the xboxrom.bin bios, all I get is a screen with load of gobble-de-goop (parsing RC4 blah blah blah)....

At the end of the text it says something about calculating where to insert 2bl code or something and then hangs... Any ideas?

Do I need to change the RC4 key... or do something to the BIOS bin files... or are there only specific types of BIOS that will work (eg 256k, 512k, 1MB...etc).

I've tried every BIOS I have been able to locate and none of them work...

Any help would be really appreciated...
