is there any way to unlock my hd from my PC? i heard that there is a config magic based for the PC but i dont know where to find it. I get an error 07 when plugged into my xbox so I wanan unlock it and try it in a diff one. thanks.

there's dos based tools for locking/unlocking.
look in the tools section

I just upgraded my evox and I saw an option to unlock hd from the menu? I haven't tried it though but it might be easier.
