hey all. i got my xbox hooked up to my router and i connect to it. but when i try to transfer the game to my pc it takes all the loose files and when it tries to do the folders,it does the folder but not the stuff thats in it. im using cuteftp to connect to my xbox. anything im doing wrong. i got the passive mode unchecked

I had the same problem with Smart FTP. Make the switch to FlashFXP and you won't have any more problems.
