how do u turn this chip off so i can play madden 04 online

When you power on, hold in the reset button for 5 seconds to disable it. You'll need the original copy of Madden to play online though if you don't already due to the DNAS checks.

when i do that it won't play it will go back to the browser this is what i do...makeit turn the red light on then i hold it for 5 seconds while the blue light is on then it doesn't boot

its not my laser cause if i play the real game without trying to turn it off it boots
