How do you boot dvd films on a messiah chipped ps2?

Insert dvd, power off, then power on (red light), then doubble tap on reset-button, dvd should boot.

I have a v5 ps2 with a messiah 1 fitted, i got a copied dvd movie. i try to boot it but it goes to the memory card screen. please help!
