Kind of looks like the old Atari Linx.

Atari Lynx? Was that the one where you could have it flip the screen upside down so you could play left-handed? If so I used to always play my buddy's Lynx with this wierd fighter pilot game. I remember he was left handed so it was his favourite game system ever :D
