has anyone experienced any problem with max payne 2 save game ?

it was weird. I played my first time yesterday, i saved 1 file (Not autosave). Ane then, my bro went to play from the start again and he claimed he didnt save his play. but when i came back my save was gone. the only one was there was the auto-save from my bro's play. -_-

and then i continued playing and i used 3 slots to save the gameplay just in case.
and the next day i was going to play, i found that all my three files were gone. The only one was there was the slot save that i used on my first time play and the other 3 were gone.

Is this a bug in the game or something ??

i played it in laptop by the way.
