Try a Ritek disk. savo Nov 16, 2003, 05:12 PM hey mate thanks for the reply, but it is the pioneer dvdrw im trying it on. are they disks not very good savo Nov 16, 2003, 05:17 PM is there no special settings i have to put nero or prassi for it to burn ok geobon Nov 16, 2003, 08:47 PM Is it a DVDR or a DVDRW? If the later a lot of players are a bit fussy with rewritable media, Have you tried it on a DVDR (write once) PhilEnfield Nov 17, 2003, 05:56 AM As geobon says .. some standalones and DVD-ROM drives can be choosy, when it comes to DVDRW's. The Pioneer DVDRW's are very good disks, so I wouldn't think this is the problem. Did you try playing the disk in your burner ? savo Nov 17, 2003, 11:29 AM yes i did try and play it on the burner and it worked fine. i tried it on a ps2 aswell but also very jerky. thanks for the reply lads keep them coming. PhilEnfield Nov 17, 2003, 11:38 AM It's just a compatibility issue then. PS2's can be very fussy .... try a Ritek disk and it should work fine. savo Nov 17, 2003, 11:42 AM i will try it mate fingers crossed it works ill kepp it posted. thanks again savo Nov 17, 2003, 12:10 PM have you tried ritek disk on ps2 mate |
