Can someone tell me what firmware upgrade allows my 104 to rip at 12 speed? Any help will be much appreciated.

none, i think the only hacked f/ware was for region freeing and 2x burning of all media, and before any speed release they (hackers) moved on to 105`s, and most certainly none from pioneer.
alround its better to rip with a dvdrom drive.
