Okay, just hired this game out and there's no manual with it. How on earth do I arrest suspects?! I follow up a crime, stop the perp's, he puts his hand up and I end up shooting him as I can't actually arrest him!

What button is it? I've tried everything, yeah bein a bad cop is fun but... :laugh:

it depends on your setting can you not go into a menu and see what buttons do which moves
