hi i got a problem with some original ps2 games fifa 2004 and ssx3
when i play the games the players flicker real fast or flash on and off
it looks like they got 3 legs then 2 then 3 four arms and 2 heads
other games work ok
iv tryd 2 different discs of fifa 2004 both flash
the games load ok
iv had ps2 for 3 years ( model 30003)
iv cleaned the laser it stll doz it
iv searched on the net for simler problems
it looks like just me cuz i cant find
anyone else with the same problem
any clues

some one must know

the reason is that probably your copy is a different version....which means if ur in USA and u got Pal copy or you are in Uk and u got a Ntsc version......the difference in frequency causes the screen to flicker..

its a pal tv pal game and a pal ps2
just the football players flicker on 2 games all others work ok
