Whats going on? JumpMan23 Nov 28, 2003, 02:18 AM Yeah I have that problem too, but it's also mainly with EA games I noticed........either I would get to the load up part and then it would never go past that, or in my Need 4 Speed it would work fine but as I'm racing part of the track flicker and sometimes obstacles dont appear on time...... But for starters you should burn on the slowest speed possible......... jesterrace777 Nov 28, 2003, 04:37 AM I used Recordnow Max and copied it at 4x with no problems. Simply put the game in, read the disc to the HD and wrote it at 4x back to the DVD-R. What media are you using? I am using 4x Ritek DVD-Rs. Also which chip/no-swap method are you using? litobirdy Nov 28, 2003, 04:47 AM No its a .GI file and im burning it. litobirdy Nov 28, 2003, 04:50 AM Oh and im using the swap magic slide card method. jesterrace777 Nov 28, 2003, 05:40 AM Originally posted by litobirdy No its a .GI file and im burning it. Did you convert it to an ISO file first? litobirdy Nov 29, 2003, 01:30 AM No, Am i suppose to do that? And if so, how? I actually did get it to play by using recordnowmax BUT the video was bad. So im guessin it was pal?? Please any more advice? jesterrace777 Nov 29, 2003, 03:18 AM Once again do you have a chip or are using a swap method? I would try to convert the file into an ISO first and then burn it. JumpMan23 Nov 29, 2003, 05:23 AM Yeah use alcohol 102 to make the ISO and then burn that ISO with alcohol..... InfinitieFx Dec 01, 2003, 06:00 AM i just used nero reading at 1x to harddrive then burned to my datasafe dvdrs using 1x and it runs perfect lancerx Dec 01, 2003, 07:10 AM nothing vegasmtv Dec 01, 2003, 02:12 PM How do u change it into a iso file??? GameFan Dec 01, 2003, 02:33 PM Originally posted by vegasmtv How do u change it into a iso file??? I can see what the vets here get tired and just refer people to the FAQs, But to get the ISO you just use a program like alcohol or NERO or even DVD decrypter to load the iso to your HD, then you can use any of those programs to also burn that image. vegasmtv Dec 01, 2003, 02:40 PM But what is a iso and what image, do u mean the file???
