Just 2 questions about it, what are the advantages of using this mode and under the settings for this mode which of the 4 boxes should be ticked

Simply select ISO mode from the mode options and select read, read the original disc in ISO mode to the HD and then select the ISO file and Select ISO from the mode option again but this time select write and it will write the ISO file back to the DVD-R.
