sometimes when i switch on the ps2 the screen is black but when i tap
the console it goes to the setup screen(the 1 when you set language and time as if u switched on for the very first tiime).
this doesnt happen all the time
my ps2 is v7 chipped with a messiah 2 v1.31

could some1 tell me if its a chip prob or ps2 prob
