I know its not called a diskdoctor but it is that black and green thing. After you are done with the disk is it supposed to look funny underneith or like a normal disk? Mine looks wierd underneitth.

Have you tried reading it to the HD? That would be the best way to know wether or not it works.

If its the same device I use, have you applied the fluid? have you made 2 passes - ones in the forward and once in the reverse direction? If the disc is held at an angle there may be a slight # type pattern, but most of this can be eliminated by buffing the disc with the supplied pad afterwards. Had no problems repairing discs this way yet.
