I'm working on d/l'ing this release as we speak...

I understand the WAM release is PAL -- I've got an NTSC box & TV.

Has anyone figured out how to make it work/patch the sucker? :confused:

Try one of the Pal to Ntsc converters.

pal stuff works for my xbox and im ntsc. i dont have to do anything.

That's odd...

It just works?! Do you have a dual-mode TV or something? Or is it something in the MOD chip that makes it work?

I wonder.. I am sure this is an issue that's almost an FAQ to us on here.. are there any guru's out there with the definitive word on the situation?

Let me clarify:

It seems to me that there are three situations when using a PAL disk in an NTSC modded xbox:

1) It just works. It's as if you're using NTSC, but your not.
2) It works, but you have to use the Enigmah Selector First.
3) It doesn't work. Period. ? because your TV doesn't support PAL?

So -- here are my questions in these cases:

1) In case 1, does the XBOX natively now (with the mod chip or something) convert the pal signals to NTSC?

2) In case 2, I presume that this just "turns your xbox into a PAL box" and relies on your TV to accept PAL signals.. correct?

3) ?!

I would love it if someone could just help me sort these things out :)
