i wonder is it possible to get an extension lead for my monitor lead(not the power lead)its just that i need a lead over 2 metres as monitor is quite a distance from PC

yes you can get them i got 1 from a mate a while ago but not sure how much it was..would think most pc suppliers have them

Yea, try to get a good one if possible. I bought some no-name brand to use with my computer, and about 1/4 into the screen from the left to right, you can see this wavy distortion. I'm guessing it’s the quality of the cable, since I took it back and got the same thing again, and it still does it. Yet when I plug it in directly to the video card, I don’t get that wavy line.

yes just ordered one from Maplins at 4.99 dont know what the quality is like though
